求开源/离线的图片/证件照编辑工具，Windows 软件、网站源码都可以，想在电脑上离线使用或自己部署一个在线工具使用，报名考试和招聘的时候经常需要修改照片，感谢！ 主要是更改尺寸、更改背景、裁剪、压缩等。 ---

主要是更改尺寸、更改背景、裁剪、压缩等。 这个软件的格式是固定的，不过还是感谢。 ---
