首先，感谢您一直以来对彩云科技开放平台的支持和信任。在过去的几年里，我们努力为您提供高质量高精准的天气预报服务和灵活的价格策略。但是，由于竞争环境的变化和市场需求的调整，为确保我们能够持续为您提供优质的服务，我们决定对天气 API 套餐进行一次整体价格调整。
调价详细说明与时间如下：
价格调整原因说明：
- 自彩云天气API上线以来，调用量和并发量都在持续增长，目前已达到每日10亿次的调用；我们必须投入更高的机器与研发成本来保证天气接口99.9%的可用率，并持续提供高精准的天气预报。
- 彩云的调用方式为“获取一个接口即可调用所有数据”，而市面上其他天气厂商则都会分为不同接口来提供数据；也就是说，大家调用其他厂商接口的成本是彩云的5-10倍；长此以往，我们虽然提供了高质量的天气 API ，但却无法通过天气 API 获取营收。
新价格调整详情：
- 按量付费：调整为25元/万次，一万次起购；
- 包月套餐基础版：调整为2498元/月，每天10万次调用量；
- 包月套餐专业版：调整为5998元/月，每天30万次调用量；
- 各套餐权益：可以登录开放平台或进入彩云官网查看各套餐详细权益。
调价时间与告知：
为了让大家有准备时间，我们将于2023年9月4日进行正式的价格调整。这意味着在调价生效之前，大家可以根据目前的业务情况，以原套餐价格进行续费。此外，此次价格变动仅针对天气 API，翻译 API 价格不受影响。

In the past few years, we have worked hard to provide you with high-quality and accurate weather forecast services and flexible pricing strategies. However, due to changes in the competitive environment and adjustments in market demand, in order to ensure that we can continue to provide you with high-quality services, we have decided to make an overall price adjustment for the weather API package.
The detailed description and time of price adjustment are as follows:
Explanation of the reasons for the price adjustment:
- Since the launch of the ColorfulClouds Weather API, the number of calls and concurrency has continued to grow, reaching 1 billion calls per day; we must invest higher machine and R & D costs to ensure 99.9% availability of the weather interface and continue to Provide highly accurate weather forecasts.
- ColorfulClouds’s calling method is “Get an interface to call all data”, while other weather vendors on the market will be divided into different interfaces to provide data; that is to say, the cost of calling other vendors’ interfaces is 5-10 times that of ColorfulClouds. In the long run, although we provide high-quality weather APIs, we can not obtain revenue through weather APIs.
New price adjustment details:
- Pay according to quantity: adjusted to ￥25 /10,000 calls, minimum purchase of 10,000 calls;
- Basic version of monthly package: adjusted to ￥2498 /month, 100,000 calls per day;
- Monthly package Professional Edition: adjusted to ￥5998 /month, 300,000 calls per day;
- Benefits of each package: You can log in to Open Platform or enter ColorfulClouds official website to view the detailed benefits of each package.
Price adjustment time and notification:
To give everyone time to prepare, we will conduct an official price adjustment on September 4, 2023. This means that before the price adjustment takes effect, you can renew at the original package price according to the current business situation. In addition, this price change is only for the Weather API, and the price of the Translation API is not affected.
