另外你说的其他几个功能，我的理解是你需要一个能够方便管理常用短语或者图片的软件。
我推荐一个我自己开发的软件ETool，可以将你的常用短语（图片+表格）管理起来，使用文本指令或者快捷键来触发。
当然还有很多其他功能，例如一键打开软件（文件+网址），或许你有很多启动器，但是ETool无需触发启动器，然后搜索，再去打开了。一键输入账号和密码，相当于一个密码管理器了。还支持一些模板，可玩性很高。
是的，跨用户（权限）粘贴肯定需要提权，弹出UAC窗口就是为了提权粘贴。
不想提权也可以手动复制后再粘贴。
UAC弹窗也可以关闭，这样提权时就不会弹窗了。

虽然很丑，不过可以自定义外观。功能是极其强大，不过都藏的比较深。我评论里提到的Textinspect功能在哪都很难找到。处理剪贴板可以用JavaScript，宏和JavaScript结合要做啥都行，潜力是无限的。排除确实没有，我22年的时候跟作者提过，他当时回复我
I don’t disable/enable hotkeys, since programs run can/will take over the hotkeys when they start. AC cannot “share” keystrokes, since global hotkeys are system wide. Once Windows claims a hotkey, no other program can use it. Windows will consume the keystroke and then send a message to the registered program. Some system level tools can intercept the keystroke first - like PowerToys.
You can use hotkey keystrokes in AC that most programs won’t use. Then, in PowerToys, you can use “friendly” hotkey keystrokes that only work with specific programs or all programs. It, however, doesn’t work well if you want to not use keystrokes for a specific program.
I’ve a few users that run 2 instances of AC. One of the instances only contains Permanent Clips/Macros. This way, they can use a hotkey to show the popup and then press a static key to execute a clip. This way, only one hotkey is required and the Popup menu is only there for shortcut keys.
